At The Caftan Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been altered

How to Return

1. Email us at info@thecaftanco.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
4. Ship the package using a tracked service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll arrange the exchange for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
